Valtech 316L Stainless Steel Press System

Valtech stainless steel press fittings are manufactured from corrosion-resistant 316L stainless steel and designed for use with compatible M Profile press tools and jaws.

WaterMark Approval

Valtech Australia’s stainless steel press system is WaterMark approved under licence WM075041 for compliant plumbing installations in Australia.

Installation Requirements

• Cut pipe square and remove all internal and external burrs.
• Check that the sealing element is correctly positioned and undamaged.
• Mark the required insertion depth on the pipe.
• Insert the pipe fully into the fitting before pressing.
• Use a compatible M Profile press tool and correctly sized jaw.
• Inspect every completed joint and pressure-test the system before commissioning.
• Installation must comply with applicable Australian Standards, the National Construction Code and local authority requirements.

Only use Valtech-approved pipe, fittings and sealing elements as part of the complete system. Refer to the current Valtech technical documentation for application suitability, pressure and temperature limits, installation requirements and approved tooling.
